Ascending sort - Arranging data from the normal low to high sequence; for example, from A to Z or from 0 to 9.
Calculated Field - A numeric or date field that derives its data from the calculation of other fields. The data are not entered into a calculated field by the user.
Character - A unit of information that roughly corresponds to a grapheme, grapheme-like unit, or symbol, such as in an alphabet or syllabary in the written form of a natural language.
Data - The quantities, characters, or symbols on which operations are performed by a computer, which may be stored and transmitted in the form of electrical signals and recorded on magnetic, optical, or mechanical recording media.
